The Product Management and Privacy organization (PMP) is a critical part of the global Engineering team. This team is responsible for building a customer-centric mindset in Engineering and helps to ensure our products are constantly evolving to solve customer problems and align with the overall strategy of the firm. This is accomplished through 6 verticals: Product Management, User Experience Design, User Research, Cost-as-a-Product, Privacy Engineering, and our technical documentation site, EngHub.

The PMP management team, helps to drive the execution of strategic priorities as defined by PMP leadership, including budgeting and resource planning and oversight, enterprise risk management, communications, and User Research and UX Design operational responsibilities. The PMP management team works closely with the Chief Technology Officer, Core Engineering Business Unit heads, Divisional Leadership, and other senior leaders to uncover what matters most to our users, allowing us to build products our customers love.

We are looking for an operations program manager to be responsible for managing various operational functions at a central level for Product Management and Privacy.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Process and efficiency expert - passion for and expert in planning, tracking, organizing logistics, and documentation
