  • Support the Contact Centre Manager in planning, implementing and monitoring the contact centre operations.
  • Ensure it operates at the most cost effective manner and delivers the highest quality for customer experience.

  • Create workload analysis and forecast based on historical trends and other relevant factors to do manpower planning for the contact centre team.

  • Support Global and Country IT in management of related technology like PABX, ACD, Workforce Management Systems and other DHL CS systems used by the contact centre staff.

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Bachelor degree (or equivalent).
  • At least 5-7 years’ experience in a leading customer service team.
  • Dynamic and self-driven individual who is able perform under pressure and take initiatives.
