In the activities of in-depth study and practice of the Scientific Outlook on Development, closely focus on the goal requirements of "improving ideological understanding, solving outstanding problems, innovating systems and mechanisms, and promoting scientific development", further emancipating the mind, reforming and innovating, and focusing on changing those that do not meet the requirements of scientific development. Topic 2: Go all out to maintain growth and promote development (March and April)
